Shipping and returns policy

Every artwork is carefully placed in silk paper and bubble wrap before being secured in the corresponding cardboard or wood box. After the first layering stage the rolled drawings or paintings are wrapped around a PVC tube to secure them during transport and then placed in their made to measure cardboard box.

Every artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and a personal letter addressed to the collector.

Shipping

From the moment of your payment the artwork/s is/are shipped in maximum 10 days. This is the maximum period because certain artworks need to have their stretching bars or certain elements for shipping ordered. The storing space in the studio is very small so we order certain products only when needed. Most of the works however are shipped in 3-5 days, based on the week planning. An artwork ordered from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped from next Monday to Wednesday (unless otherwise specified by the artist). An artwork ordered from Monday to Wednesday will be shipped from Thursday to next Monday (unless otherwise specified by the artist). No shipping is done on Saturday or Sunday.

We use different shipping couriers like UPS, DHL or Bpost but if you have a certain preference and specific service please don't hesitate to contact the artist to analyze together how we can best accommodate your preferences!

Please note that depending of your location you may have to pay customs. Each country calculates them differently based on a unified tariff number which for original artworks is 970110000. This number can help you make an estimation of your taxes before committing to the order. Also please don't hesitate to contact the artist if you need assistance for this aspect!

We always try to adapt our service for each budget. This is the reason for which we recommend that  larger paintings should be ordered rolled, with the stretching bars included so they can easily be assembled and stretched at your location following the multiple tutorials found today online or with the help of a professional framer. Another good solution is the help of a local artist, carpenter or decorator. Shipping a ready to hang artwork with a perimeter larger than 4m (L+2l+2h) can often bring the price so high that working with a local professional can prove to be less expensive by the hundreds of Euros/Dollars! Of course this can add time that you might not have or effort you might not be willing to invest so the shipping ready to hang remains always open with the corresponding costs. There are options on checkout so please pick up carefully! Do not hesitate to contact the artist as well for options or clarifications!

Returns

We try to make everything possible for our clients to be satisfied with their purchase. But if for some reason it happens that what you received is not what you expected or you simply changed your mind please don't hesitate to contact us immediately so we can find the best approach for you.

You have 14 days to do so, from the moment you received your purchase at the delivery address.

Please be sure to keep the ordered print or artwork in the same condition you received it! We do not accept damaged returns. (This refers to damages that you or someone else made to the artwork intentionally or otherwise but that are so extreme that the artwork cannot be repaired and sold to another collector. Some examples are : knife cuts, holes in the canvas, broken stretching bars that caused the canvas to torn or change it's shape, burns, chemical interactions, stains or modifications to the image by different medium and tools interventions, etc.

Be sure to check the integrity of the box when you receive the package and immediately notice the courier and us if the package was damaged when you received it. The artworks are insured for traveling so if something occurred during transport it must be immediately documented and noticed! Failing to notice any problems in time will generate difficulties in dealing with the insurance services!

Please keep in mind that we cannot pay the return shipping price but we will refund you the entire payment you made when purchasing (shipping included) when we receive your returned product in good condition.

Before returning the artwork be sure to pack it well secured and protected so that any damage is avoided during transport. We also recommend insuring the artwork for transport so the couriers take better care for it. Damages that arrive during transport are covered by most couriers if the insurance service was contracted. If otherwise we will analyze together the extent of the damage and how much of the reimbursement payment covers for the damage (bringing the artwork back to it's shape for selling)

Thank you for your understanding!
